In-person Crochet Lessons

Crochet Stress Away

The act of crochet releases serotonin with each stitch -regulating your mood and alleviating anxiety and depression. The enjoyable sensory experience of the yarn - both in creation and the finished item - releases oxytocin, which in turn lowers cortisol. (Yes; plush toys relieve stress!)

The end result is a sense of grounded calm, connectedness, and resilience.

To that end, I bring patience and clarity to in-person individual and group instruction sessions.

As an AuDHD adult, with a neuro-divergent family, I am aware of the adaptation, and accommodation that autistic and disabled people need.

It is not a burden to adjust to the student - it is a requirement.

So, if you're ready to cro-slay,
Mocha will show you the way!
